At Mama Sparrow’s Maternity, we’re committed to delivering your order with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Please review our shipping and payment policies below.
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time:
We aim to process and deliver locally all orders within 1–4 business days of purchase. All orders purchased with a shipping option will be processed and shipped out the next Friday. All orders placed Sun - Thurs will ship out that same Friday. All orders placed Friday - Saturday will ship out the following Friday. - Business Days:
Our business days are Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Mondays will begin processing on Tuesday. - Delivery Method:
We offer personal hand delivery within our service area. You will receive a confirmation once your order is out for delivery. We also offer shipping via USPS or UPS to the continental US states. - Shipping Area:
We ship to the continental US - Delivery Notifications:
Local Delivery Only: You’ll receive a text or email when your order is scheduled for delivery. Shipping: A tracking number can be provided upon request.
Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or scheduled for delivery until payment is completed. - Secure Transactions:
