Return & Exchange Policy

At Mama Sparrow’s Maternity, every item is carefully inspected and hand-delivered to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, returns are accepted on a case by case basis.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we are happy to make it right.

To Initiate a Return / Exchange:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery at shop@mamasparrowsmaternity.com
• Provide a clear description of the issue and a photo of the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is not available.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Swimwear and Intimates (for hygiene purposes)
• Items returned without prior approval
• Any item not in original condition or reported outside the 3-day window
